Senior / Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily back‑office support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth operations;
• Review product pricing across multiple sources and maintain accurate records;
• Consolidate and analyze daily orders from internal parties; prepare reports for supervisors;
• Handle Sales Team inquiries regarding products and operational matters;
• Organize regular meeting with Sales Team to introduce newly developed products, imported products and updated company policy;
• Identify and recommend enhancements to operational workflows to improve efficiency;
• Monitor market trends that may impact product sales or company operations and provide timely reports to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Education level: F5/DSE or above;
• Minimum 2–3 years of clerical work experience;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Strong communication and writing skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin;
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
