The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to establish and expand Beck & Pollitzer's presence in Morocco.

This is not a traditional sales role .

We are looking for a commercially driven professional who already understands the Moroccan industrial landscape, has established relationships within manufacturing companies, and knows how industrial investment projects are initiated and awarded.

As our local business partner, you will identify new opportunities, open doors with key industrial decision-makers, and support the growth of Beck & Pollitzer's industrial services business.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop Beck & Pollitzer's business across Morocco.
• Identify new industrial investment opportunities before they reach the tender stage.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers within manufacturing companies.
• Identify projects involving:
• Factory expansions
• New production lines
• Machine installation
• Machine relocation
• Plant shutdowns
• Industrial maintenance
• Mechanical & electrical installation
• Engineering projects
• Meet with Plant Managers, Engineering Managers, Maintenance Managers, Operations Directors, Project Managers and Procurement teams.
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate with Beck & Pollitzer's engineering teams.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Participate in commercial negotiations.
• Represent Beck & Pollitzer during customer meetings, site visits and industrial exhibitions.
• Monitor industrial investments, new factories and expansion projects across Morocco.

Your Experience

• Minimum 5 years of Sales Engineer or Technical Sales experience within industrial markets.
• Proven success developing new business with manufacturing companies.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Experience selling industrial projects, engineering services or technical solutions.
• Existing network within Morocco's industrial sector.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently.

Languages

• French – Fluent
• English – Professional proficiency
• Arabic – Native or fluent

Additional Information

• Freelance / Independent Contractor agreement.
• Home-based role from Casablanca or Tangier.
• Frequent travel throughout Morocco.
• Occasional international travel may be required.
