Senior Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve growth objectives and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companys footprint across power and industrial sectors.
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with state-owned enterprises, industrial clients, and key decision-makers.
• Promote and sell the full range of Ecubix products and solutions to new and existing customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with accurate forecasts, to the management team.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+years of experience in B2B sales within industrial automation, IIoT, software solutions, or power sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, smart factory, or industrial software solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and travel as required.
