Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior Sales Engineers Inside Sales to drive sales of explosion-proof electrical products and solutions across industrial and hazardous-area applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong Electrical Engineering background, experience with electrical products and proven sales experience. Candidates with experience in Distribution Boards, Junction Boxes, Lighting Fixtures, Control Panels or electrical panel manufacturing will be preferred.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable technical solutions, preparing quotations and supporting projects from initial enquiry through execution and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries and develop business opportunities for industrial electrical products.
• Understand customer and project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, EPC contractors, consultants and channel partners.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and project requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Offshore, Mining, Pharmaceutical and other hazardous industries.
• Support demand generation, channel development and customer engagement activities.
• Present products and technical solutions to customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, production and other internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Support customers from initial enquiry through order execution and post-sales service.
• Maintain sales forecasts, business metrics and pricing information.
• Monitor market developments, customer requirements and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical products sales or related industries.
• Experience with Distribution Boards, Junction Boxes, Lighting Fixtures, Control Panels or similar electrical products.
• Experience with an Electrical Panel Manufacturer will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of electrical products and technologies.
• Good knowledge of technical sales and business development.
• Good understanding of pricing, revenue projections and business metrics.
• Strong presentation and customer communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Project management and project execution experience will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 7,500 per month, all-inclusive.
• Food and accommodation included.
• Location: Jebel Ali / Dubai, UAE.
• Contract period: 2 years, renewable.
• Probation: 6 months as per UAE labour law.
• Working hours: 8.5 hours per day.

Important: Candidates should have relevant experience in electrical

products sales, preferably with Distribution Boards, Junction Boxes, Lighting Fixtures, Control Panels or similar products. Candidates without relevant electrical product sales experience may not be suitable for this position.
