Senior Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, warehouse, and construction sectors.
• Generate leads through market research, client visits, references, networking, and project tracking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project management companies.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Design, Estimation, Project, and Engineering teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals/quotations in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order booking and customer handover.
• Track upcoming industrial and construction projects and identify potential business opportunities.
• Negotiate with clients on price, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, enquiry status, and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the execution/project team after order confirmation to ensure smooth customer handover.
• Support collection follow-ups and ensure timely payment realization from clients.
