Senior Sales Engineer

The Impact You'll Make As our Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving distributor growth, expanding our market presence, and enabling customers to adopt high-value, energy-efficient solutions.

You’ll strengthen distributor performance, develop new business opportunities, grow the project pipeline, and help improve forecast accuracy, product mix, and sales conversion.

You’ll collaborate closely with distributors, OEMs, consultants, contractors, and internal teams including Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support, and Supply Chain, helping accelerate product transitions and the adoption of next-generation solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead distributor performance and partner engagement to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Develop new business opportunities, expand the project pipeline, and engage distributors and customers on key projects and opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and regular sales reviews to improve forecast accuracy and conversion
• Provide technical guidance, product recommendations, and training to distributors, customers, and other business partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support, and Supply Chain to support product transitions and drive adoption of next-generation solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within the HVAC/R or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in managing distributors, channels, or other business partners and driving sales growth.
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to engage customers and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A collaborative, customer-focused, and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners
