Senior Sales Engineer

Ensure to meet business goals in terms of product sales, sales growth, market share improvement, profitability and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.

RPM is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to grow product sales, develop customer relationships, provide technical support, and achieve sales targets across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business and grow sales within assigned industry segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Identify customer applications and recommend suitable engineering products and solutions.

Conduct customer visits, site surveys, product demonstrations and technical presentations.

Provide technical advice and support throughout the sales process.

Prospect, negotiate and follow up with customers to close sales.

Monitor market and competitor activities and provide regular sales reports.

Continuously develop knowledge of engineering products, technologies and applications.

Requirements

BSc or HND in a relevant field; Engineering background is an advantage.

3 years or less of sales experience.

Experience selling engineering spares or lubricants is an advantage.

Experience selling to FMCG, F&B, Construction, Cement or similar industries is an advantage.

Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Analytical, resilient, ambitious and results-driven.

Willingness to be hands-on and engage directly with customers.
