Senior Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by understanding customers technical requirements.
• Combine technical expertise with sales skills to identify opportunities, prepare quotations and proposals and support projects from initial inquiry through to successful completion.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and other key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents to identify business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and ongoing projects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

Required Qualifications:

• BSC. of Engineering “Electrical, Mechanical”
• From3- 5 years of experience in the same field
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented and business development mindset.
• Good knowledge of MEP works and systems.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their applications
• Experience in the contracting industry and strong relationships with consultants.
• Experience in the Industrial sector and have a Networking.
