Senior Sales Engineer

Seaharvest Freezone is hiring: Senior Sales Engineer

We are looking for a commercially minded engineer to take full ownership of the ENECON products line in Egypt's industrial market.

This is not an order-taking role. You will manage the full commercial cycle, from market research and lead generation to technical presentations, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.

Key responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for ENECON

* Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base across Egypt's industrial sector

* Promote industrial repair, protective coating, polymer-based repair, and corrosion protection solutions

* Build strong relationships with end users, contractors, EPC companies, consultants, and distributors

* Target Oil & Gas, refineries, petrochemical, fertilizer, steel, and cement plants

* Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations

* Propose technical solutions in coordination with our technical team

* Prepare quotations, proposals, sales forecasts, and business development plans

* Follow inquiries, tenders, and negotiations through to purchase order

* Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or related)

* Proven experience in technical sales of industrial products, protective coatings, polymer or composite repair, cold welding, or industrial maintenance solutions

* Strong B2B sales and business development skills in industrial markets

* Experience with Oil & Gas, refineries, petrochemical, or other heavy industries is highly preferred

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Good command of written and spoken English

* Willingness to travel for customer visits
