Senior Sales Engineer - Electronic Components

The opportunity You'll be responsible for developing new business across your territory while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

You'll identify new opportunities, understand application requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions from a broad product portfolio.

This is a consultative sales role where your technical understanding and commercial approach will help customers solve engineering challenges while driving sustainable business growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Identifying and developing new customers within your territory.
• Building relationships with engineering, procurement and project teams.
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to project win and ongoing account development.
• Delivering technical presentations and discussing customer applications.
• Working closely with internal technical specialists to develop the right solutions.
• Developing long-term strategic accounts while maintaining a strong focus on new business generation.

We'd like to hear from you if you have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• At least 2-3 years' experience in technical sales following graduation.
• A successful track record of selling electronic components or related technologies.
• A proactive, hunter mentality with a passion for winning new customers and generating new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent German and professional English language skills.
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout your territory.

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

• RF or microwave technologies.
• Connectivity or interconnect solutions.
• Industrial, Aerospace or defence markets.
• Embedded, power or other specialist electronic component technologies.
