Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, and research customers.
• Promote Saksham's portfolio of analytical and laboratory instrumentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with QA, QC, Production, R&D, Procurement, and Plant teams.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, installations, and customer onboarding with technical teams.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Science or Engineering (mandatory)
• 24 years of sales experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Experience selling analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or scientific products will be preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good commercial understanding and negotiation ability
• Self-driven with excellent customer relationship skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
