Senior Sales Executive

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote retina imaging products in

hospitals, clinics, and eye-care institutions.

• Identify, approach, and convert potential customers including ophthalmologists,

optometrists, and institutional buyers.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to highlight product

features and benefits.

• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and

repeat business.

• Collaborate with technical support and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused

solutions.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence to

management.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.

• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate in Science/Pharma/Medical Technology; MBA preferred.

• Experience: 2 to 10 years of proven sales experience in medical devices,

Pharmaceuticals, or diagnostic imaging products.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
