Senior Sales Executive

Responsible for the full sales lifecycle from outreach to final negotiations. You will identify high-potential prospects and ensure sales targets are met through proactive engagement and strategic closing.

Responsibilities

• Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Conduct daily targeted cold calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality, positive prospects.
• Prospecting: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by assessing client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Scheduling: Coordinate, schedule, and convincingly pitch physical site visits, effectively guiding prospects from initial phone contact to onsite viewings.
• Closing: Coordinate, schedule, and convincingly pitch physical site visits, effectively guiding prospects from initial phone contact to on-site viewings.

Performance Metrics

• Outbound call volume and conversion rates.
• Successful site visit volume.
• Monthly and quarterly deal closure rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive phone etiquette.
• Strong ability to build trust and handle objections professionally.
• Self-motivated and focused on achieving KPIs.
