Senior Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our fashion business programs, and convert interested prospects into members.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable programs.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
• Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a smooth experience.
• Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and other requirements.
• Maintain basic sales reports and daily activity records.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, counselling, business development, or customer handling.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with calling and regular follow-ups.
• Target-oriented and confident while speaking with customers.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools is preferred.
• Experience in education, coaching, fashion, lifestyle, or membership-based businesses will be an advantage.
