Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, manage clients, and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and other channels.
• Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing and business services.
• Conduct client meetings and understand their business requirements.
• Present services, proposals, and pricing professionally.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/lead records.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales/business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
• Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

₹7,000 – ₹10,000/month + Incentives
Salary will depend on experience and performance.
