Job Summary

We are looking for target-oriented Sales Executives to handle the Shine.com process. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through outbound calling, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Handle customer queries and client interactions professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Convert leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Contribute towards business development and revenue generation.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle outbound sales calls.
• Candidates with relevant telesales/business development experience will be preferred.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹28,000 CTC + Unlimited Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
