Sales Executive – A3 Wellness Traders

A3 Wellness Traders is hiring a Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, sales calls, follow-ups, and order conversion for our healthcare and wellness product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and sales leads.
• Explain products and their usage as per company-provided information.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with the team for order processing and delivery.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain complete customer privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and applicable guidelines while communicating about healthcare products.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English understanding preferred.
• Sales/customer handling experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Comfortable handling customer conversations professionally and confidentially.
• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.

Working Hours:

6 hours per day

Morning Shift: [09:00AM] – [03:00PM]
Evening Shift: [03:00PM] – [09:00PM]

Salary:

₹8000 – ₹15000per month + Performance Incentives
