Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day sales operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Drive showroom sales and customer conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliveries.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain proper sales documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coach and guide the sales team to improve productivity and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the automobile industry.
• Candidates with experience in four-wheeler/two-wheeler/EV sales will be preferred.

What We Offer
