Senior Sales Executive

Experience: 3–7 years preferred

We are looking for sales executive with experience in water treatment plants like RO,W.T.P,S.T.P,E.T.P

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads for RO, WTP, STP, ETP, water softeners, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Identify potential customers in apartments, industries, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, schools, and construction projects.

Visit project sites and understand the customer's water-treatment requirements.

• Meet architects, builders, contractors, consultants, facility managers, and project engineers.
• Follow up with customers from enquiry → quotation → negotiation → purchase order → installation.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct regular site visits and market surveys to identify upcoming projects.
• Maintain records of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and orders.
• Coordinate with installation/service teams after receiving orders.
• Collect market information about competitors, pricing, and new projects.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.

Willingness to travel for customer and site visits.

• Basic knowledge of RO/WTP/STP/ETP and water-treatment processes is an advantage.

Experience in B2B/project sales is preferred.

Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into orders.
