RAIKA FURNITURE LUCKNOW, UTTAR PRADESH

We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking & customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our team at our Bijnor Road Branch.

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000/month
Huge Incentives: Earn attractive incentives based on performance
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Employment: Full-Time

Candidate Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 year of sales experience
✅ Furniture industry experience preferred
✅ Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
✅ Good knowledge of furniture products and ability to explain product features
✅ Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
✅ Strong selling & negotiation skills
✅ Dedicated, hardworking and target-oriented
✅ Must be comfortable working as a full-time employee

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist customers at the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture
• Explain product features, quality, pricing and benefits
• Convert enquiries into sales
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment
