Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in the cosmetics and beauty products market. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, developing new business, managing customers, and achieving sales targets across the general trade market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales across the assigned market.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Increase market coverage and product availability.
• Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Manage regular follow-ups and ensure timely order generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and delivery processes.
• Support and guide the sales team, where required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the cosmetics and beauty products market.
• Good network among general trade customers and distributors.
• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop new customers and markets.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Team-handling experience will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience.
• Candidates with strong experience in General Trade / Unorganised Market are preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
