Senior Sales Executive

• Manage sales process and maximize long and short-term results.
• Sell ZEX business services and identify opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell and negotiate with customers to ensure profitable business.
• Maintain relationships while managing and growing customers' base; Identify customer needs and potential opportunities.
• Design detailed account plans.
• Achieve CRM target.
• Comply with reporting requirements to enable performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of sales experience in related area.
• Sound knowledge of shipping industry.
• Proficient skills in written and oral English.
• Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications.
• Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude.
• Strong customer orientation and market insight.
