Senior Sales Specialist, Biopharma

Location: France or Benelux (hybrid, regular travel across EMEA)

I’m partnering with a high-growth life science tools company with a disruptive genomics platform. They are building out their biopharma presence and are looking for a senior commercial professional to grow strategic accounts across pharma and biotech in the region.

The role

You will take ownership of key biopharma accounts, developing long-term relationships and growing revenue through strategic account planning and close collaboration with field sales, applications and marketing colleagues.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and growing strategic accounts across pharma, biotech, CROs and CDMOs
• Building account plans that expand use across teams, departments and sites
• Leading deal strategy on key opportunities, sometimes with a global scope
• Engaging with stakeholders from scientists to senior leadership
• Identifying new applications across R&D, translational research, cell and gene therapy and QC
• Managing a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Representing the company at customer meetings and industry events

What they’re looking for

• Senior sales or account management experience within pharma or biotech
• A track record of growing complex, strategic customer relationships
• Confidence working across a matrix organisation and with cross-functional teams
• Background in genomics, molecular biology or life science tools is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA
