Pay: From ₹25,000 + incentives per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive to oversee daily showroom operations, manage sales activities, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in showroom sales or retail management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall showroom operations and day-to-day sales activities.
• Assist customers with product selection and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain proper product displays, showroom cleanliness, and organization.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory management.
• Develop good customer relationships and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail management, or a similar role.
• Experience in paints, hardware, or building materials will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a small sales team.
• Strong sales skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for showroom operations.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
