Senior Sales Executive – Education & Training Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Executive – Education & Training Solutions to join MASLOW SA SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market expansion within the education and training solutions sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals that align with our strategic objectives. This role is essential to our company's continued success and growth trajectory in the competitive education and training market.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting potential clients within the education and training sector, utilising various sales channels and networking strategies

• Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities

• Preparing detailed sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements and budgetary constraints

• Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and product departments, to ensure seamless service delivery

• Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote products and expand business connections

• Following up with leads and clients promptly to ensure high conversion rates and customer retention

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the education, training, or related professional services sector

• Strong understanding of the education and training market, industry trends, and customer needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling approach

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events

• Language preferred English & Chinese
