Senior/ Sales Executive (Printing & Packaging) in Klang

Our Client is an established Malaysian company operating in the printing and packaging industry, serving customers with customised printing and packaging solutions. Established in 2017, the company has a team of approximately 35 employees and is based in Klang Jaya, Selangor.

As part of its continued business development, the company is looking for a Sales Executive to expand its customer base, develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

We are looking for a hands-on and target-driven sales professional who is comfortable developing new accounts from scratch. Experience in printing, packaging, manufacturing or factory-related sales would be particularly relevant, especially candidates who already have exposure to B2B customer acquisition and client relationship management.

Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Exec
Location: Klang, Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, market research and other sales activities.
• Identify and approach potential customers within the printing and packaging market.
• Conduct sales visits and product presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitors' activities.
• Follow up closely with customers to ensure smooth order progression and customer satisfaction.
• Work towards and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
• Experience in sales, particularly within the printing and packaging industry, will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience dealing with factory, manufacturing or B2B customers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Comfortable with cold calling, client visits and business development activities.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 4,000 - RM6,000 (Negotiable)

Commissions: Yes
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Allowance: RM700

Working Days: Monday – Friday, working on Sat (half Day)
Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
