Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales professional to grow ADA Korea’s business by selling a broad portfolio of solutions, including but not limited to Composable CDP, Data & AI, Marketing Solutions, eCommerce, Creative, and Conversational AI.

This role is highly client-facing and strategic, working closely with consulting, data, engineering, and delivery teams to help clients solve complex business challenges using data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and revenue growth in the Korean market.
• Sell end-to-end solutions including CDP (Composable), Data & AI, Marketing Technology, eCommerce, Creative, and Conversational AI solutions.
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Understand client business challenges and position ADA’s data-driven and personalization-led solutions effectively.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposal development, and negotiation to deal closure.
• Collaborate closely with Data Solution, Engineering, Consulting, and Customer Care teams to ensure strong solution fit and successful delivery.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies, proposals, and client presentations.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in data, AI, and marketing ecosystems.
