Senior Sales Manager

A regulated digital asset institution is expanding into payments and needs a hunter to build the business across APAC and the GCC.

The mandate

• Grow a live stablecoin-based payments product by originating and closing PSP, acquirer and fintech clients
• Land a flagship design partner to co-build the next generation of programmable payment infrastructure
• Own the full cycle: prospecting, structuring, closing, integration and ongoing coverage
• Turn regulated, API-first capabilities into commercial wins with senior payments and treasury stakeholders
• Work with product, compliance, legal and ops to get clients live fast
• Feed market intelligence back into roadmap and go-to-market

What you bring

• 7-10 years in institutional or B2B sales/BD, with real time in payments
• Track record selling payment infrastructure (cross-border, on/off-ramps, acquiring or stablecoin rails) into PSPs, fintechs or financial institutions
• An active PSP and payments network across APAC and/or the GCC. This is not a build-from-scratch network role
• Credible on stablecoins, settlement, treasury workflows and payment APIs
• Proven ability to run the sales cycle solo in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Fluent English. Arabic or Mandarin is a strong plus
