across Southeast Asia, we deliver one-stop, door-to-door logistics solutions, including ocean freight, air

freight, trucking, customs clearance, and self-operated overseas warehousing. Our in-house digital

management system supports a fully digitalized logistics process, and our industry-focused teams offer

tailored solutions for sectors such as retail, new energy, and recycling resources. As we expand in North

America, we are building a U.S. sales team to serve importers across the U.S. market.

Position Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will drive new business growth by developing and managing U.S. importer

accounts. This role is ideal for a seasoned logistics sales professional with an established client network

who can deliver full-service import and distribution solutions, from origin pickup through final delivery.

This role offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure that directly rewards

your performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business with U.S. importers, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce sellers,

focusing on Asia (including Southeast Asia) to U.S. import shipments

  • Leverage and grow an existing book of business to meet and exceed monthly and annual

revenue targets

  • Sell integrated import solutions, including ocean freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, customs

brokerage, drayage, warehousing, and inventory distribution to U.S. warehouses and

retail/Amazon FBA channels

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers in supply chain,

procurement, and operations

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements, and negotiate pricing and contract

terms

  • Work closely with overseas offices, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth

shipment execution and client satisfaction

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and carrier rate changes to identify new opportunities

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM, and provide regular sales

reports and forecasts

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or NVOCC

  • An established U.S. client base with the ability to bring in business within the first 3 to 6 months

  • Proven track record in import logistics, especially Asia and Southeast Asia to U.S. trade lanes

  • Solid understanding of the full import process, including Incoterms, ISF, customs clearance,

drayage, and domestic distribution

  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Willing to travel for client visits as needed, and to Houston, TX or Los Angeles, CA once a month

for business reviews

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese

  • Established network in the Houston and Gulf Coast market (petrochemical, industrial, retail, or

consumer goods sectors)

  • Client relationships in retail, new energy, or recycling industries

  • Experience working with Asian-based freight forwarders

  • Experience with e-commerce logistics, including Amazon FBA and retail distribution center

deliveries

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and logistics TMS systems

What We Offer

  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) [with company match]

  • Paid time off and paid holidays

  • Growth opportunities within an expanding U.S. organization
