Senior Sales Officer

What you'll do:

• Connect with clients through outbound calls to pitch unsecured business loans.
• Understand customers business needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Manage leads from initial enquiry and application through documentation, verification, approval follow-ups, and disbursal.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and lender teams to resolve queries and ensure timely processing.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service, regular follow-ups, and post-disbursal support.
• Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, application updates, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Must have:

• 1+ yr unsecured business loans sales experience in NBFC/Fintech
• Strong MSME/unsecured lending knowledge
• Proven disbursal track record
• Comfortable with high call volumes & targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
