Senior Sales Operations / Administrator

KBW has teamed up with a service company seeking a Sales Operations Analyst / Administrator. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, supporting the sales organization, managing customer inquiries, sales reporting / analysis and improving sales administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and related documentation.
• Partner with Sales and other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate projects and activities supporting Sales and Marketing.
• Improve internal processes, team productivity, and overall sales administration efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a related role.
• Previous experience supervising or managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales processing tools. – Salesforce required
• Experience tracking and reporting sales-related metrics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation: $30 - $40/HR DOE
