SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

This is a hands-on sales and quoting position combining technical knowledge, customer service and sales ability. You'll be responsible for attending customer appointments across Auckland, discussing customers' requirements and recommending appropriate solutions, accurately measuring existing windows and doors, configuring and pricing aluminium joinery using V6, preparing accurate professional quotations, following up quotes and converting opportunities into sales, managing your own sales pipeline and customer communication, ensuring jobs are accurately scoped and commercially viable, maintaining accurate records within systems, working closely with office, manufacturing and installation teams, and communicating job requirements clearly from initial enquiry through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Attend customer appointments across Auckland
• Discuss customers' requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Accurately measure existing windows and doors
• Configure and price aluminium joinery using V6
• Prepare accurate, professional quotations
• Follow up quotes and convert opportunities into sales
• Manage your own sales pipeline and customer communication
• Ensure jobs are accurately scoped and commercially viable
• Maintain accurate records within systems
• Work closely with office, manufacturing and installation teams

About you

• Advanced knowledge of aluminium windows and doors
• Strong V6 experience and the ability to confidently configure and price aluminium joinery
• Previous experience in aluminium joinery sales and quoting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
• Excellent measuring and quoting skills
• Strong computer skills and confidence working across multiple software platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence dealing directly with homeowners
