Role Overview

Purple Mice LLC is looking for a commercially driven and well-connected Freelance Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships across the UAE and GCC in the AV, live events, exhibitions, corporate events, and entertainment sectors.

This opportunity is ideal for an independent sales professional with a strong industry network, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for connecting clients with innovative AV solutions, LED displays, video systems, and immersive event technologies.

The successful candidate will work independently to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, develop sales opportunities, and secure new projects for Purple Mice LLC.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential clients across corporate events, exhibitions, entertainment, live productions, and event agencies.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers, production companies, agencies, corporate clients, venues, and industry partners.
• Promote Purple Mice LLC’s AV rental, LED display, video, and technical event production services.
• Convert leads into confirmed projects and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable services and technical solutions.
• Arrange client meetings, presentations, and business development discussions.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3. Sales Coordination & Project Opportunities

• Gather client briefs and coordinate with the internal technical and production teams to develop suitable proposals.
• Support quotation preparation, commercial discussions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the company team to ensure a smooth transition from confirmed sales to project execution.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and repeat projects.

4. Market Development

• Monitor market trends, upcoming events, exhibitions, and potential business opportunities.
• Identify new client segments and strategic partnerships.
• Represent Purple Mice LLC professionally in relevant industry meetings and networking activities.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in sales or business development within AV, live events, event production, exhibitions, entertainment, or related industries.
• An established network of clients, event agencies, production companies, or corporate decision-makers in the UAE is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, generate leads, and close business opportunities.
• A basic understanding of AV equipment, LED displays, video systems, and event production services is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a flexible freelance arrangement.
• Existing UAE market knowledge and a valid UAE driving license are advantageous.
