Senior Sales Representative - Modernization

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve modernization business targets.

• Identify and develop opportunities from existing and new customers, including Schindler and non-Schindler equipment portfolios.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and business partners.

• Work closely with Service, Operations, Engineering, and other internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and successful project execution.

• Prepare commercial proposals, participate in tender processes, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable business opportunities.

• Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and market analysis to identify potential modernization projects.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
