Senior Sales Support Executive

Are you a proactive, customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and building strong business relationships? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Support Executive to manage key customer accounts, drive sales opportunities, and support business growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to understand their needs, promote our products and services, develop new business opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Generate sales leads, respond to customer enquiries, promote products, and close sales.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock and organise merchandise, and conduct inventory checks.
• Prepare sales reports to support sales planning and business development.
• Communicate with customers through email, phone, messaging platforms, and social media.
• Collaborate with customers on annual marketing plans and activities.
• Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and relevant business news.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities by presenting products and services and negotiating contract terms.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal marketing teams to support business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales-related roles. Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel overseas for business visits and exhibitions.
• Customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
