Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator / Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, platform administration, and advanced Salesforce solutions, including CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), and Artificial Intelligence..
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.
- Implement and support Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) solutions.
- Develop and support AI-driven automation and agentic solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Design Salesforce solutions, create user stories, and maintain functional documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams on system integrations and data migration projects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage third-party integrations and Salesforce AppExchange applications
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
- Experience building AI-powered and agentic solutions, including Salesforce Agentforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Mobile.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe).
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and functional documentation.
- Experience with Salesforce data migration, data loading, and mapping.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).
- Additional Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud certifications.
- Knowledge of FinancialForce / Certinia, PSA, and Order Management.
- Familiarity with content management tools such as Seismic.
- Experience with system integrations, ETL tools, and Business Intelligence.
- Experience supporting enterprise system integrations and migration projects.
