Senior Salesforce Developer & lead

As a senior consultant in our customer Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards

Develop solution using Salesforce configure and customization features.

Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership

Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function

Builds knowledge in a sector by contributing to relevant firm initiatives and eminence, and/or by attending sector conferences

Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations

Understands the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes

Required Skills

Prior experience in Salesforce mandatorily.

Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demo, conducting design & development workshops

Should have good understanding of Salesforce features like lightening, integration etc and project implementation methodology

Should have good work experience on Sales cloud or Service cloud or Communities or Salesforce platform or Marketing cloud or Industry clouds.

Knowledge on Heroku and e-commerce will be a plus.

Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.

Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.

Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.

Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.

Ability to develop all project related documents like requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual etc.

Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverables.

Key knowledge areas

7+ years development experience of which at least 5 years Salesforce.com development experience (Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Lightning, Communities and Visualforce pages)

Excellent knowledge of Web Development (Ajax, JavaScript, SOAP, HTTP, CSS Bootstrap) - Excellent Salesforce.com declarative configuration skills

Data migration between SFDC environments using relevant tools and mechanisms

Experience with version control solutions (e.g. Github)

Salesforce Admin, App Developer and PD 1 certified

Experience with SSO

Key responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver projects on the Salesforce platform for a particular Line of Business

Own the overall technical design and delivery of products on the Salesforce platform

Design and implement solutions on Force.com platform

Understand the requirement of a functional specification or user stories, ensure its completeness for next steps

Strong hands-on experience in implementing highly scalable technical solutions across geographies, across Business units with a large diverse set of user base.

Work experience across multiple Classes of Business and Lines of Businesses and ability to adapt to each one and hit the ground running.

Ensure process adherence for every piece of code/configuration item

Ensure the products delivered meets the quality goals as defined in the project charter

Manage multiple projects and ensure development teams are staffed appropriately

Accountable to hire train and retain Salesforce skilled resources

Strategize hyper-care and own resolution of transition to support and resolve issues that arises during this time

Implement and institutionalize delivery standards for all product development and delivery

Experience with ERP integration

Experience with Agile development (product backlog, user stories etc)

Desired qualifications

6 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.

At least 3-4 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
