Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, combining OOTB configuration with custom development. The ideal candidate can engage customers, shape solutions, and support technical conversations, including demos.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions across Sales / Service / Experience, and Other Salesforce Cloud using both standard OOTB configuration and custom development
• Build custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware)
• Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions
• Present solutions to business and technical stakeholders, articulating value and technical fit
• Build and deliver demos/POCs, including Agentforce use cases, where applicable

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales / Service / Experience / Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Strong hands-on skills in OOTB configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts) and custom development
• Strong Apex skills triggers, classes, asynchronous patterns, production-quality code
• Strong LWC skills building performant custom components for real-world scenarios
• Solid integration experience REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, or middleware
• Excellent communication skills able to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Agentforce
• Exposure to Omni Studio and Omni Scripts
• Exposure to any of the Industry Clouds
• Prior pre-sales or solutioning experience in a Salesforce consulting/product environment
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Other Salesforce Certification, etc.)
