About the project Supporting and enhancing a mature Salesforce and Certinia PSA ecosystem for a leading technology solutions provider across the US and Canada. The platform powers professional services operations and integrates with multiple upstream and downstream enterprise systems.

• Tech Stack: Salesforce, Certinia PSA / CPQ, Apex, LWC, REST APIs, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Development & Customization: Develop, customize, and maintain solutions on Salesforce and Certinia PSA (Apex, LWC, Permission Sets, Custom Objects).
• Integrations: Design, build, and support REST API integrations (including non-MuleSoft environments) connecting Salesforce, Certinia, and enterprise systems (including Microsoft Azure).
• Architecture & Planning: Participate in architecture design, create technical specifications, estimate effort, and identify technical risks.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Independently debug complex production issues and write database queries for investigation.
• Teamwork & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with distributed US/Canada Agile teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in application development, including 3+ years of Salesforce development.
• Certinia PSA: Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce PSA), including a deep understanding of its architecture, lifecycle, and data model.
• Salesforce Stack: Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning / LWC, Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and Experience Cloud.
• Integrations & Databases: Proven experience with REST API integrations, complex integration flows, and writing database queries.
• DevOps & Process: Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, code review, and mentoring capabilities.
• Working Hours: Shifted schedule — 10:00–19:00 CET or 11:00–20:00 CET (~4 hours overlap with US Central Time).

Will be a plus

• Experience with Certinia CPQ and Salesforce CRM functionality.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-instance Salesforce environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integrations and services.
• Development background in Java or .NET.
• Experience with Agile SAFe framework and Salesforce performance tuning.
• Official Salesforce or Certinia certifications.
