Senior Salesforce Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio/Vlocity) to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Cloud platforms, and CI/CD, with experience supporting Vlocity to OmniStudio Core migration and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and declarative tools.
• Build and enhance OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Decision Tables, and Expression Sets.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and solutions aligned with Salesforce development best practices.
• Support Vlocity Managed Package to OmniStudio Core migration, including impact assessment, remediation, testing, and deployment.
• Manage deployments and release activities using Copado and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, deployment, integration, and production issues.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, defect resolution, and release validation.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and developers within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce security, sharing, governance, performance, and development standards.

ABOUT YOU

• 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio/Vlocity) experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in OmniStudio / Vlocity, OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Decision Tables & Expression Sets, Apex, LWC, SOQL & Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Copado and GitHub-based CI/CD.
• Experience supporting Vlocity to OmniStudio Core migration.
• Strong production support, troubleshooting, and release management experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of Claude or similar Generative AI tools for development productivity, technical analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio Certification, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
