Job Description

We are a Salesforce consulting and digital transformation firm delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across CRM, data, analytics, and AI. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on development experience across multiple Salesforce clouds and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with expertise in integrations and platform customization. Experience with Field Service (FSL) and Salesforce CPQ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Develop solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Triggers, Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Lightning components.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver business solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and support Agile development processes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
• Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds, mainly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and integration best practices.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL), CPQ and Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
• Experience working in Salesforce consulting or system integration environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
