Job Summary

The Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Expert is responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering Salesforce CG Cloud solutions that enhance retail execution and field operations. This role combines deep functional knowledge with hands-on experience in the latest CG Cloud data model and Offline Mobile App to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Design and implement end-to-end CG Cloud processes (Route Planning, Visit Execution, Perfect Store, Surveys, Scorecards, Order Capture, Promotions, Asset Management).
• Optimize and configure the CG Cloud data model to ensure performance, scalability, and clean master data mapping.
• Implement and fine-tune the CG Cloud Offline Mobile App, including sync rules, offline validation, and performance optimization.
• Create visit templates, Perfect Store KPIs, scoring models, and in-store execution workflows.
• Support photo capture, digital shelf audits, and AI-assisted recognition (when applicable).
• Define and support integrations with ERP, TPM/TPO, DMS, and master data systems using API-led or event-driven patterns.
• Ensure secure and efficient data synchronization for high-volume retail execution scenarios.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (latest data model preferred).
• Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail Execution, or Field Sales transformation projects.
• Knowledge of integration patterns using MuleSoft, APIs, or event-driven architecture.
• Expertise with the Offline Mobile App, sync configurations, and offline-safe customizations.
• Strong understanding of retail execution processes and CG Cloud capabilities.
