Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and implementation. In this role, you will design, customize, and implement technical solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate has deep programmatic expertise with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), strong declarative automation capabilities, and a solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits and integration architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Development: Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, database triggers, batch Apex, and complex asynchronous processes.
• Frontend UI Components: Build clean, responsive, and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern architectural patterns.
• Declarative Configuration: Configure standard and custom Salesforce objects, complex page layouts, strict validation rules, and automated enterprise flows.
• System Integration: Seamlessly connect Salesforce with third-party applications and backend enterprise legacy ecosystems utilizing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Security & Governance: Enforce structural security controls including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and conditional sharing rules while proactively designing around platform governor limits.
• Release Management: Conduct comprehensive unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and manage platform deployments using change sets, Salesforce CLI, or automated CI/CD toolsets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of professional, hands-on software development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce CRM infrastructure, database objects, and platform architecture.
• Proficient programmatic mastery over Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and asynchronous execution contexts.
• Proven track record building enterprise applications with LWC, Salesforce Flows, and declarative engineering.
• Experience managing end-to-end data migrations, data loading practices, Git version control, and multi-environment sandboxes.
