Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Lead with strong expertise in enterprise Salesforce development, integrations, security, DevOps, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Copado/SFDX, and Salesforce Agentforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement robust FLS/OLS, Sharing Rules, and Salesforce data security models.
- Design and support solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Build enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven integration patterns.
- Develop and support integrations using MuleSoft and API-led connectivity.
- Implement Git-based CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployments using Copado/SFDX.
- Develop comprehensive unit tests and ensure high-quality, deployment-ready Salesforce code.
- Design and implement AI-driven automation using Salesforce Agentforce and Prompt Templates.
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and Salesforce development best practices.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Triggers, Async Processing & LWC
- Strong knowledge of FLS/OLS, Sharing Rules & Salesforce Data Security
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs & MuleSoft integrations
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Copado and/or SFDX
- Strong understanding of Automated Unit Testing
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce & Prompt Templates
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration and scalable architecture patterns.
- Experience mentoring developers and conducting code/design reviews.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai / Vadodara
Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Work Mode: Hybrid
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / serving notice period less than 30 days.
