Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer – Loyalty Management
Experience: 6 – 10 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management / Loyalty Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Loyalty Management.
- Work on Loyalty Programs, Members, Tier Groups, Tiers, Program Currencies, Benefits, Promotions and Vouchers.
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL and Lightning solutions.
- Implement loyalty business logic for points accrual, redemption, member tiers, promotions and rewards.
- Work with Loyalty Management APIs and integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce Loyalty Management with external systems/POS platforms.
- Develop automation using Flow and Loyalty Program Processes.
- Write scalable and bulkified Apex code.
- Develop Test Classes and perform unit testing.
- Troubleshoot and optimize loyalty solutions.
- Participate in architecture/design discussions and mentor junior developers.
