We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant who can work
directly with clients to design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions. This role is hands-
on and client-facing, ideal for someone who can balance strong technical execution with a
consulting mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
• Implement solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions
• Develop and integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and deployments
• Support requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and client demos
• Ensure best practices around security, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with functional consultants and architects
• Provide post-deployment support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 8 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows
• Experience with integrations and Salesforce security model
• Client-facing consulting experience
• Good communication and documentation skills

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Administrator (Preferred)
