- Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketo, and associated third-party applications.
- Own Level 2/3 production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex Salesforce and integration issues.
- Maintain and improve Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, testing, release management, and deployment processes.
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce AI and automation capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein, where they can deliver measurable business value.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to lead solution design and technical reviews.
- Conduct peer code reviews, contribute to Agile ceremonies, and promote strong engineering and governance practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across Salesforce development and architecture.
- Maintain clear technical documentation covering architecture, integrations, code, processes, and system flows.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, governance, and development best practices.
- Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise iPaaS/ETL platforms such as Dell Boomi.
- Experience with Sales Cloud; Service Cloud and CPQ experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, testing, release management, and deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Experience modernizing legacy Salesforce automation and migrating Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow.
- Experience working in Agile environments and participating in code and technical design reviews.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions.
- JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect, or System Architect experience is required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification and/or CPQ Specialist certification is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
