Senior Salesforce Engineer Required Technical Skill Set

• Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and related technologies).

• DevOps, Source Control, and CI/CD practices.

• Experience with data migration projects.
• Industry experience in Broadcast, Media, or Streaming Services environments.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as:

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions using Salesforce best practices.
• Build and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs and related integration technologies.

• Design and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal platform performance.
• Create, optimize, and support Salesforce Flows, automation processes, and business workflows.

• Lead Salesforce platform enhancements, upgrades, and releases while ensuring successful implementation and integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Git, Gearset, and other deployment automation platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, scalable solutions.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and Salesforce governance practices.
