We’re supporting a major global consumer brand with the continued expansion of its Salesforce and ecommerce ecosystem and are looking for multiple Senior Salesforce Engineers / Tech Leads across three specialist areas:

Salesforce Agentforce | Salesforce Order Management (OMS) | Salesforce Service Cloud

These are senior, hands-on positions for engineers who can act as the technical SME for their respective Salesforce platform, owning technical delivery while working closely with Product, Engineering and junior developers.

What you'll be doing:

• Take technical ownership of Agentforce, OMS or Service Cloud
• Design and deliver new Salesforce features, integrations and architecture
• Remain hands-on with development while providing technical direction
• Lead technical implementation of new projects and integrations
• Manage/review PRs and code quality
• Support and mentor other Salesforce developers
• Partner with Product and Engineering on technical delivery
• Act as the internal SME / go-to technical person for your platform

We’re looking for experience in ONE of:

• Agentforce: Salesforce Agentforce, Agentic AI, AI agents, Salesforce integrations and architecture. Experience with customer-facing AI/chat/commerce agents is particularly relevant.

• OMS: Salesforce Order Management, Commerce Cloud/ecommerce, order lifecycle, integrations and APIs.

• Service Cloud: Salesforce Service Cloud, customer service/contact centre environments, integrations and Salesforce architecture.

Across all three roles:

• Strong Salesforce engineering/development background
• Senior Engineer / Tech Lead-level experience
• Strong architecture and integration knowledge
• Comfortable being both hands-on and technically accountable
• Experience reviewing code/PRs and supporting other engineers
• Large-scale commerce/ecommerce experience highly desirable
