Senior Salesforce LWC Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce LWC Developer to join a Digital Technology team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for hands-on development, customization, and optimization of the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), expert-level Apex and JavaScript skills, and practical experience integrating external data visualization libraries into Salesforce using Static Resources.

Key Responsibilities1. Lightning Web Components Development

• Build, customize, and maintain high-quality Lightning Web Components using LWC as the primary UI framework.
• Develop scalable and reusable components aligned with Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing components.

2. External JavaScript Library Integration

• Integrate third-party JavaScript libraries through Salesforce Static Resources.
• Implement advanced data grids, charts, and dashboards using libraries such as AG Grid, AG Charts, or Chart.js.
• Ensure effective integration, performance, and compatibility within the Salesforce platform.

3. Sales Cloud Development

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud features.
• Work with standard Sales Cloud objects and support sales processes and lead management.
• Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

4. Apex Development and Performance Optimization

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
• Refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve bugs while following Salesforce coding standards.

5. Security and Compliance

• Implement secure Salesforce data models.
• Configure and maintain permission sets, sharing rules, and appropriate access controls.
• Ensure customizations follow enterprise security and compliance requirements.

6. Deployment and Collaboration

• Manage the development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Use version control and deployment tools to support reliable releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall relevant experience as specified for the role.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating external JavaScript libraries through Salesforce Static Resources.
• Practical experience with AG Grid, AG Charts, or Chart.js.
• Knowledge of Salesforce standard objects, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Ability to independently manage development tasks and deliver scalable solutions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
